EverGreen Copyrights has concluded an administration agreement with Mark Farner, the lead singer/songwriter of legendary 1970's rock band Grand Funk Railroad, the company announced.

As part of the deal, EverGreen will administer the publisher's share of more than 100 songs written or co-written by Farner and recorded by Grand Funk Railroad including "Rock & Roll Soul," "Walk Like A Man," "Shinin' On," and "Bad Time." Farner is also signed to EverGreen for
administration of works from his solo career and new works.

In a statement, Evergreen co-CEO and co-founder Richard Perna said the company sees "a lot of potential in expanding the synchronization opportunities for the Grand Funk Railroad catalog. Our marketing teams in NY, LA and agents globally are working to generate new uses for the music in film, TV, advertising and other media."
