- Darkness frontman Justin Hawkins has signed a global administration and creative services deal with Kobalt Music Group for all future songs, including recent collaborations with Meatloaf and Adam Lambert. Hawkins has also fronted two other acts, British Whale and Hot Leg, and has been developing his songwriting talents with other artists.

- Arthouse Entertainment has re-signed a worldwide co-publishing agreement with artist/producer/songwriter Mitch Allan, a founding member of SR-71. He has produced and written with some such acts as Daughtry, Tokio Hotel, Jonas Brothers, Hannah Montana, Simple Plan and Faith Hill, among others. Allen has been signed for three years with Arthouse Entertainment, which was founded by songwriter Kara DioGuardi and its president Stephen Finfer, and is co-owned with Bug Music.
