-- Jon Bon Jovi has renewed an administration agreement with Universal Music Publishing Group, with a new long-term, exclusive worldwide agreement. In addition to overseeing the superstar's extensive catalog, the deal covers future works.

-- Primary Wave Music Publishing has completed a $180 million recapitalization of the company’s balance sheet and expanded its existing senior facilities with its lenders with an eye toward future acquisitions and market share expansion.

-- The Harry Fox Agency will now license latin singer, songwriter and self produced Juan Luis Guerra's catalog. Guerra released his most recent studio album in June, "A Son De Guerra." HFA currently represents over 46,000 music publishers and has a database of more than 3.5 million songs, of which nearly one million include Mexican rights holders.

-- Bug Music, back in growth mode, has acquired the Saban Music Group catalog, which includes themes and background music from cartoons like the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Addams Family Reunion and Princess Sissi. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. In all, it encompasses a slate of theme songs, cues and scores from more than 90 television series, 3,700 television episodes and 100 made-for-television films and specials.
