Glassnote Launches Four Song Night Publishing Company

Indie label Glassnote, home of Grammy nominees Mumford & Sons and Madison Square Garden headliners Phoenix, has announced the launch of an in-house publishing company, Four Song Night.

The venture will be led by Maureen Lloren, who has previously worked at Denise Rich Songs, J/RCA and EMI Music. The first artist signed is Louisiana band Givers, who also have a recording deal with Glassnote.

"We are excited to help them grow and develop as songwriters in the years to come," Lloren said. "With support from affiliations with BMI and ASCAP, Givers will have a strong team surrounding them in their work."
