The American Association of Independent Music is heading to Brazil in mid-April as part of its Market Development Cooperator Program, and today is the last day to have your costs halved.

This is the second trip planned by A2IM through the MDCP, which aims to expand independent labels' global footprint as well as American involvement with those labels.

The trip is estimated to cost around $4,000 per person and will take place around ABMI's (Brazil's independent music association) conference on synch licenses and digital distribution on April 20. The trip will also spend two days in Sao Paolo. The arrangement is similar to the offer extended to MIDEM attendees, covered by Billboard, extended this past December.

More information on applying for the subsidy can be found at A2IM's website.
