Edel Records Italy has struck a deal to license and distribute Avventura Records, the label recently founded by Mogol.

Giulio Rapetti, known as Mogol, is a renowned in Italy as a lyricist, producer and talent scout, having worked wit Patty Pravo, Mina, plus Lucio Battisti and Bruno Lauzi.

The agreement initially covers three releases, namely a debut album by Patrizio Baù, who will compete in the "youngsters section" at the Sanremo Festival at the end of the month; an album of music and poetry featuring Mogol's son, Francesco Rapetti; and an album by the eclectic group LMC, who are a product of "CET," the "music talent farm" run by Mogol in the Umbrian countryside.
