Rising British rock act Razorlight and veteran American alternative rock acts Red Hot Chili Peppers and Smashing Pumpkins will headline Britain's annual Reading and Leeds this summer, organizers confirmed tonight.

An eclectic array of bands, including Kings of Leon, Arcade Fire and Nine Inch Nails, will make up the second-tier of performers for the twin three-day festival, which will take place from Aug. 24.

The Chili Peppers and Billy Corgan's Smashing Pumpkins will not appear at any other U.K. outdoor summer festival this year, according to organizers Mean Fiddler Music Group.

Weekend tickets for the event, which include camping and parking, cost £145 ($282) plus booking fee. Day tickets cost £62.50 ($121).
