Clive Bishop has exited the U.K. collecting society Phonographic Performance Limited.

The London-based executive has served with PPL since 2001, most recently as director of business development for IT and International.

Going forward, the society's international division, headed by Laurence Oxenbury, will report to Peter Leathem, director of legal and business affairs and rights negotiation.

Frank Jaschinski has been appointed interim director of IT.

Bishop was responsible for the 2003 launch of CatCo, the U.K. record industry's sound-recording database.
