Ticketmaster is bolstering its pan-European music services team in London.

Vito Iaia has been named to the new role as senior director, music services for Ticketmaster Europe.

Until now, he has served in the same position for Ticketmaster in the United States.

Working closely with Tim Chambers, director of sales and music services, Ticketmaster Europe, Iaia will be tasked with furthering the ticketing giant's programs and services which include TicketExchange, auctions, fan club pre-sales, VIP packages, and digital music bundles.

"As we expand our platform of music services across Europe my aim will be to deliver the best possible strategic ticketing programs and entertainment experiences to our clients and consumers," comments Iaia in a statement.

Furthermore, Sam Arnold has been appointed to manage Ticketmaster music services in the United Kingdom, working alongside Iaia. Arnold was previously GM of Ticketmaster's self-service ticketing operation, TicketWeb.

Ticketmaster, the world's largest ticketing company, currently operates in 10 European markets.
