Stephen Tapp, president/COO of XM Canada, will leave the company June 15, to pursue other opportunities according to a statement released today.

John Bitove, chairman and CEO of Canadian Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. continues to oversee XM Canada's operations. No replacement for Tapp has been named.

Canadian Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. operates as XM Canada through its subsidiary, Canadian Satellite Radio Inc. XM Canada, which launched in Nov. 2005 and now has 120 channels, has an exclusive Canadian license from U.S.-based XM Satellite Radio Inc.
