Fast growing Australian independent music company and artist development firm DestraMusic has tapped San Diego-based RoyaltyShare Inc. to manage the digital sales processing and royalties for its array of indie labels.

These include labels DestraMusic has bought or is distributing, covering dance music (Central Station Records, Sweat It Out!, Hardwax and Grindin'), world and folk (MRA Entertainment), country (Compass Bros Records) and retro (Eagle Rock Entertainment and Fable Records).

"To keep up with the remarkable growth we have experienced in the digital arena," explains Sydney-based CEO Ken Outch in a statement, "we selected RoyaltyShare's comprehensive Digital Advantage services to provide our labels and partners with transparency into their digital sales channels and ensure that their artists continue to receive accurate royalty accountings."

Destra is U.S.-based based RoyaltyShare's first Australian client.

RoyaltyShare was established in 2005 to help labels and copyright owners to efficiently manage digital royalty accounting data.
