Oasis will be feted with the prestigious Silver Clef Award during a special luncheon July 4 in London.

The British rock band will be honored with one of seven awards to be handed out at the annual fundraising O2 Silver Clef Luncheon.

Last year's winners included Snow Patrol, Bryan Ferry, Rod Stewart, the Feeling, John Legend, Paolo Nutini and Andrea Bocelli, while the main award went to Paul Weller.

The Silver Clefs, which began in 1975, raises funds in aid of the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy, the chosen charity of the U.K. music industry.
