Secondary ticketing service Seatwave will be the official fan-to-fan ticket exchange for Gaymers Camden Crawl 2009.

One week after announcing sturdy growth in year-end figures (Billboard.biz, March 5), the London-based company has confirmed it will be the official Web site to resell Camden Crawl tickets.

The annual event, which runs April 24 to 25, takes place in the north London borough of Camden. Its line-up of shows draw over 20,000 to the area and in 2009 features a list of up-and-coming talent from the U.K. and Europe.

"We're delighted to be working in partnership with Camden Crawl, a live music trailblazer, to provide their fans with a safe and secure marketplace to buy and sell these hard-to-get tickets," said Seatwave CEO and founder Joe Cohen in a statement.

Seatwave also announced an exclusive ticketing partnership with MTV U.K. for its re-launched entertainment portal, www.mtv.co.uk. The first e-commerce deal for MTV U.K., it will give users access to resale tickets for major events via links to Seatwave's site.

"We're really excited to be working with such a dynamic and exciting brand," continued Cohen. "To be involved with MTV, with their strong music pedigree, is completely in line with our passion for live music."
