Pearl Jam is heading Down Under for its first Australasian tour in three years.

Chugg Entertainment is promoting the American rock act's trek, which will encompass five Australian stadium shows beginning Nov. 14 November at Perth's Members Equity Stadium.

The band will then head east to New Zealand for a pair of dates, beginning Nov. 27 at Mt Smart Stadium, Auckland and Nov. 29 at AMI Stadium Christchurch.
Ben Harper & Relentless7 and Liam Finn will support on all dates, which will promote Pearl Jam's ninth studio album, "Backspacer," slated for release Sept. 18 in Australia and New Zealand.

Tickets go on general sale Aug. 17. The Australian shows are priced at $123.90 Australian ($104.50) and $99.90 Australian ($84.25); the New Zealand shows are $119.50 NZ ($80.65) and $99.50 NZ ($67.10).
