Tiesto, the Dutch producer fresh off performing at Miami's Ultra Music Festival, has announced a third season of his "In the Booth" series. The series will be, as in the past, presented on YouTube. Believe Entertainment is producing and financing the series, with 7UP as an 'anchor' partner in the new round of episodes.
The series, first announced in 2011, is a reality series on the producer and DJ, following him as he performs around the world. The show's various episodes across its first two seasons have garnered millions of video streams since launching.
“I love producing 'In the Booth' and there will be plenty of surprises this season,” said Tiësto in a statement. “Not only will my fans see me as an artist, producer and DJ, but also as a mentor. I love working with other DJs and now I’m bringing them in to be a big part of my show.”
Part of 7UP's contribution to the series will be a sort of working group for younger EDM artists, whom Tiesto will provide career advice to. The artists selected to take part are Danny Ávila, The Disco Fries and Canadian duo Dzeko & Torres.
“We’re making a substantial play into dance music this year," said 7UP VP of marketing Dave Falk, "and we see our collaboration with Tiësto and In the Booth as an opportunity to help connect fans even more with the music and artists that are exploding across the U.S.”
