Chart Moves: Macklemore & Ryan Lewis Set R&B/Hop-Hop Record; Darius Rucker Rolls To Country Summit

As previously reported, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' "Thrift Shop," featuring Wanz, logs a sixth week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, while Imagine Dragons ("Radioactive") and Ariana Grande ("The Way") storm the chart's top 10. Who else makes notable moves on the Hot 100 and other song charts this week?
-- Macklemore & Ryan Lewis: A "Thrift Shop" extra: As it remains in charge of the Hot 100, the track tallies a 12th week atop Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. The Seattle duo's breakout hit becomes the longest-running No. 1 rap song in the latter chart's history, besting the 11-week reign of DJ Khaled's "I'm on One," featuring Drake, Rick Ross and Lil Wayne, in 2011.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis Top Hot 100; Imagine Dragons, Ariana Grande Hit Top 10

-- Demi Lovato: An 11-10 rise for "Heart Attack" (123,000 downloads sold, up 30%, according to Nielsen SoundScan) nets Lovato her first Hot Digital Songs top 10 since "Skyscraper" two years ago. The new song concurrently climbs 21-17 on the Hot 100. In between the releases, "Give Your Heart a Break" peaked at No. 21 on Hot Digital Songs; the peak seems modest considering the radio success of "Give," which reached No. 1 on Mainstream Top 40 in September. "Attack" previews her forthcoming fourth album.
-- Darius Rucker: The rock-turned-country star ends a two-year absence from the top of Hot Country Songs, as "Wagon Wheel" rolls 2-1 in its 12th week to become his sixth leader on the list. (It steers 38-30 on the Hot 100.) "Wagon" reigns to the Hot Country Songs summit with both Sales and Streaming Gainer honors. It spends a second week atop Country Digital Songs (93,000, up 25%), while a full week of music video plays following its March 22 premiere helps it improve by 68% (to 1.2 million) in overall streams, according to Nielsen BDS. The clip features Charles Kelley of Lady Antebellum and the cast of the A&E reality series "Duck Dynasty." On Country Airplay, "Wagon" pushes 13-12 (20 million audience impressions, up 10%).

-- J. Dash: After Miley Cyrus posted a video of her dancing (or, more technically, twerking) to "Wop" (March 21), the song's momentum has swelled (also thanks to such celebrities as LeBron James socially spreading Cyrus' video online). The track bounds 82-52 on the Hot 100 and 33-13 on Streaming Songs (2.9 million streams, up 95%) and gains by 79% to 25,000 downloads sold.

-- "#thatPOWER," featuring Justin Bieber, falls 42-60 in its second week on the Hot 100. It experiences a second-week sales decline not atypical for star-packed singles not yet established at radio falling 9-33 on Hot Digital Songs (58,000, down 47%). Airplay could spur a sales rebound; the collaboration enters Hot 100 Airplay at No. 75 (13 million, up 129%).
-- Ed Sheeran: After his breakout hit "The A Team" reached No. 16 on the Hot 100 in January during a 33-week chart run, the Brit folk singer's second single, "Lego House," debuts at No. 98. The song arrives on the big chart on the strength of a 23-18 lift on Adult Top 40 and 393,000 streams (up 8%).
