The Agency Group (TAG) has restructured its U.S. executive team, appointing Natalia Nastaskin CEO/general counsel, promoting Ron Bleiweiss to CFO, elevating Steve Kaul to senior VP and upping Eddie Clemens to director of marketing.

Based in New York and reporting to TAG worldwide CEO Gavin O’Reilly, Nastaskin has seved as TAG counsel since 2005. She will continue to handle legal affairs with added responsibilities on business development. Prior to joining TAG, Nastaskin ran her eponymous law practice, representing clients in entertainment and sports.

Bleiweiss is based in Los Angeles office and most recently held the title of financial controller since 2002. Kaul, who has been with TAG since 1999, is based in New York and represents such clients as Nickelback, Built to Spill, the Jesus & Mary Chain, Dinosaur Jr., Seether and Citizen Cope. New York-based Clemens was hired at the agency in May 2012 and previously served as director of tour marketing.

In related news, TAG recently expanded its two-year-old Nashville office with the addition of music agents Scott Galloway and Stu Walker.

Galloway, formerly VP at APA Nashville, brings to TAG such clients as Asleep At the Wheel, Bill Kreutzmann, Cody Canada and the Departed, Dread Clampitt, Jake Shimabukuro, Sundy Best and the Molly Ringwalds. Walker, another former agent from APA Nashville who most recently ran the agency SIMRA, brings new acts Wanda Jackson, Shooter Jennings, Adam Faucett, Mt Royal, the Lonely Wild, Jessi Colter and Toy Soldiers.
