Family Tree Entertainment CEO Michael "Blue" Williams is tired of hip-hop getting a bad rap in the media. That was a driving factor in why he founded Guns 4 Greatness, a gun buyback program that aims to reduce firearm-related violence in New York and beyond.

"I felt like hip-hop was always getting the short end of the stick when it comes to the news cycle," says Williams, who manages Cee Lo Green and Big Boi. "The good things that we do in the hip-hop community don't ever get the attention."
