Miller Brewing Co. will give away Napster-branded digital music players and downloads this summer as part of a new marketing alliance between the beermaker and the online service's parent, Roxio.

Consumers aged 21 and older will be able to enter a sweepstakes to win a Samsung Napster portable music player and a $50 music credit for use on the service. Thousands of prizes will be awarded.

The two-month promotion, which kicks off in June, will be supported by national print and radio advertising, promotional activity at bars and point-of-purchase displays in liquor stores, convenience stores and supermarkets.
