Toby Keith's "Shock'n Y'all" (DreamWorks) rises 4-2 on a 51% gain to 369,000. "Now 14" (Universal/EMI/Zomba/Sony) holds at No. 3, up 35% to 354,000. OutKast's "Speakerboxxx/The Love Below" (Arista) moves 6-4, up 55% to 335,000.

Josh Groban's "Closer" (Warner Bros.) holds at No. 5 on a 33% gain to 318,000 units, while Hilary Duff's "Metamorphosis" (Buena Vista) moves 8-6 on a 36% jump to 275,000. "The Very Best of Sheryl Crow" (A&M) rises 9-7, up 53% to 266,000.

Ruben Studdard's "Soulful" (J) suffers a 41% drop to 245,000, moving it 1-8. No Doubt's "The Singles 1992-2003" (Interscope) climbs 12-9 on a 50% gain to 235,000. Rod Stewart's "As Time Goes By ... The Great American Songbook Vol. 2" (J) dips 7-10, on sales up 8% to 222,000.
