Jean Rousseau is exiting as director of the French Music Export Office in New York to join Coldcuts Productions, a company started last year by former Rawkus Records GM Arnaud Beauvois.

Rousseau will assist in expanding New York-based Coldcuts--which has thus far focused on feature-film production--into a full-service management and marketing company. Rousseau and Beauvois hope to build Coldcuts into a one-stop marketing fulfillment house, with a client roster that will include artists, managers, publishers and labels.

Rousseau has worked as in the marketing departments of Virgin and Columbia Records and started Brave New World Management in 1996.

After serving as a Rawkus GM for six years, Beauvois opened Coldcuts and recently completed production on the film "Bunny Barzynski" with director Geoffrey Barbier.
