Apple/Capitol will on Feb. 3 release a DVD edition of the documentary "The Beatles First U.S. Visit." Shot in black-and-white by filmmaking brothers Albert and David Maysles, the film chronicles the two-week hysteria surrounding the group's first U.S. performance.

The DVD features a remastered version of the documentary, which was originally televised in the U.S. and U.K. in 1964.

The disc, priced at $24.98, includes a 50-minute look at the making of the documentary with never-before-seen footage, and an interview with Albert Maysles.
