Toronto-based Outside Music has become the exclusive distributor in Canada for London-based label Domino Records. The first release under the deal, set for March 9, is the self-titled debut album by Glaswegian quartet Franz Ferdinand. This will be followed by releases by Manitoba, the Notwist and Four Tet.

Domino was founded in the U.K. a decade ago by Laurence Bell. The label, which has had success with Pavement, Will Oldham, Royal Trux and Sebadoh, opened a New York office in 2001.
