AOL says it will Webcast Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party live on Feb. 7.

Coverage of the event -- offered to AOL users as part of the service's Broadband Rocks programming -- will include red-carpet interviews and performances from the party.

Expected attendees include Prince, Foo Fighters, Santana, Dido, Dave Matthews Band, the White Stripes, Maroon 5, Kelly Price, the Calling, and Earth, Wind & Fire.

This marks the third year running that AOL has provided coverage of the event. The company is also offering an array of other Grammy-related programming for free through AOL.com in an effort to lure new subscribers.
