The yet-to-be-named set, which has been a year in the making, will be released Aug. 31. It will be Charles' first new album since 2001.

Featured tracks include "Here We Go Again" with Jones, "Sinner's Prayer" with King, "It Was a Very Good Year" with Nelson, "Sweet Potato Pie" with James Taylor, "Hey Girl" with Michael McDonald and "Do I Ever Cross Your Mind" with Bonnie Raitt.

Charles is slated to perform March 2 at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center in New York. A feature film based on his life, "Unchain My Heart: The Ray Charles Story," is planned for release this year.
