Windswept Picks Up 50% Of El Dorado

Windswept Holdings has acquired 50% of El Dorado Music Publishing, and will co-own and -administer the catalog along with blues legend Johnny Otis. The 300-plus song catalog includes Otis' top works, as well as classics such as "Willie & the Hand Jive," "So Fine" and "Image of a Girl."

Windswept, founded in 1988, also owns or represents the catalogs of Trio/Quartet, Pete Townshend, Hitco and others.
