Annie Lennox will join the second North American leg of Sting's Sacred Love Tour this summer and fall. The extensive run of primarily amphitheaters -- featuring Sting, Lennox and another artist to be announced -- will begin June 27 at the Tweeter Center near Philadelphia. A total of 43 dates are on the books for the leg, concluding Oct. 12 at Calgary's Pengrowth Saddledome.

Bucking his past trend of working with different promoters in each market, Sting has aligned with Clear Channel Entertainment's (CCE) touring division as the worldwide promoter for the tour. The deal was spearheaded by CCE touring president Arthur Fogel.

The first leg of approximately 35 North American theater dates began Jan. 23 at the Knight Center in Miami and has been notching sellout business.

The Sacred Love tour, which includes extensive international work, could include as many as 150 shows in 2004. RZO Entertainment, known for its longstanding touring/business relationship with the Rolling Stones, is producing the outing.
