Retail technology firm TouchStand this week is debuting a line of kiosks at U.S. stores. Driven by Muze's music-information database and audioclips from Loudeye, the wireless kiosks allow customers to search for audioclips as they decide what to buy.

TouchStand Media Kiosks launch today (April 5) at two dozen retail outlets, including Independent Records and Video in Colorado Springs, Colo.; Twist and Shout in Denver; and Waterloo Records in Austin, Texas.

TouchStand's kiosks run on Apple's OSX operating system and eMac computers with 17" touch screens.
