The Ultra Music Festival has partnered with K2 Communications -- the parent company of new independent music channel Havoc TV -- and Cheetah Lounge MediaWorks to bring "The Ultra Music Festival Experience" to pay-per-view systems in the United States.

The show premiers May 28 on high definition and standard definition pay-per-view through In Demand, DirecTV, Dish, Cablevision and TVN. It will be available for a 45-day pay-per-view window at $19.95.

"The Ultra Music Festival Experience" brings together highlights from the day-long event, which had 12 stages. Among the featured international DJs and acts are DJ Tiësto, Paul Van Dyk, Junkie XL, Rabbit in the Moon, Paul Oakenfold and Way Out West.

The 2004 edition of the Ultra Music Festival took place March 6 at the Bayfront Park in downtown Miami. The dance/electronic festival, which attracted more than 45,000 enthusiasts, coincided with the annual Winter Music Conference.
