Tone-Cool founder Richard Rosenblatt will continue to operate the Wellesley Hills, Mass.-based blues and roots-music label.

Bartlett's new firm, 525 Worldwide, is a partnership with former Tone-Cool staffer Matt Cornell. 525 is headquartered in Marblehead, Mass.
