Toby Keith will begin his summer tour July 24 at the Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass., with a show featuring support by Montgomery Gentry, Jo Dee Messina, Gretchen Wilson, and Scotty Emerick.

The rest of the tour, starting July 30 at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre near Kansas City, Kan., will feature opening acts Terri Clark and Scotty Emerick.

The outing, Toby Keith's Big Throwdown tour, will be sponsored by Ford trucks and will run until the first weekend in October.

Keith, whose $41.2 million gross in 2003 was second among all country acts, is managed by T.K. Kimbrell and booked by Curt Motley at Monterey Peninsula Artists.
