New Line Home Entertainment has promoted two key executives. Matt Lasorsa, formerly senior VP of marketing, has been named executive VP of marketing. Former senior VP of sales Pamela Kelley is appointed executive VP of sales.

Both are based in Los Angeles and report to New Line Home Entertainment president/COO Stephen Einhorn.

Lasorsa oversees all marketing, public relations and cross-promotion for New Line videos. Kelley is in charge of developing and managing sales strategies; she also acts as a liaison with sales executives for Warner Home Video, which distributes New Line product.

Both Lasorsa and Kelley have worked on projects such as the three "Lord of the Rings" films, the "Austin Powers" titles, "Blade," "Rush Hour" and "A Nightmare on Elm Street." Both were also involved with the launch of New Line's infinifilm DVD label.

Lasorsa first joined New Line in 1998. He was previously director of cartoon brand marketing at Buena Vista Home Entertainment, and also worked in marketing at Procter & Gamble.

Kelley has been with New Line since 1992. She previously worked as national sales director for LIVE Home Entertainment and as regional sales manager for HBO Video.
