Carlos Santana, the Latin Recording Academy's 2004 Person of the Year, has been added to the performance lineup for the fifth annual Latin Grammy Awards, set for Sept. 1 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. The legendary guitarist will perform with Los Lonely Boys.

Robi Draco Rosa will also perform at the event, joining previously confirmed performers Akwid, Café Tacuba, Incubus, Paquito D'Rivvera, Ozomatli, Marco Antoni Solis, Bebo Valdés, Diego El Cigala, Paulina Rubio and Roselyn Sanchez.

The show will be hosted by actor/comedian George Lopez and will air live on CBS. Producer Tom Capone and Café Tacuba's Emmanuel Del Real lead the field with five nominations, while Valdés, Álvaro Alencar, Alejandro Sanz and Maria Rita each pulled down four.
