The first release, due Nov. 19, will be "Scoop and Doozie: Volume 1," a title from the award-winning Canadian children's TV series. The 60-minute DVD contains four "Scoop and Doozie" episodes.

FNP will release two or three titles each month, with a suggested retail price of $5.99.

DV&A, which has offices in Clearwater, Fla., and L.A., is known for acquiring excess and close-out products for the home-video, music and video-game industries, and servicing the titles to retailers.
