Wal-Mart -- one of the nation's top CD retailers -- says it is looking for ways to bridge digital and physical music.

Beyond CD tie-ins, the Wal-Mart digital music service is offering a range of exclusive content.

Tim McGraw's "Live Like You Were Dying," which debuted this week atop The Billboard 200, is available in digital form exclusively at Wal-Mart.com. The site also features exclusive music by established acts such as Avril Lavigne, Alan Jackson, LL Cool J, Patti LaBelle, Richard Marx and Brooks & Dunn, as well as newer acts like Los Lonely Boys, Gavin DeGraw, 213 and Houston.
