Cash Money Records is establishing a new full-service label, Roun'Table Entertainment, Billboard.biz has learned exclusively. Working in conjunction with Universal-distributed Cash Money, the imprint will develop talent beyond the rap realm, focusing on R&B and urban/pop artists.

Cash Money CEOs Ronald "Slim" Williams and Bryan "Baby" Williams will serve as chairmen of Roun'Table. Veteran A&R executive Merlin Bobb is CEO. Rounding out the executive team is business manager Vernon Brown.

Roun'Table's inaugural release will be "Syndicated," an album by former Elektra artist Lil' Mo, due this winter. Also signed to the roster are male vocalist KC, who guests on G-Unit member Lloyd Banks' "Hunger for More"; female singer/songwriter Yummy, a protégé of producer Rockwilder; and rapper Young Cal, an artist from producer Styles' (50 Cent) Dangerous Production Co.

The establishment of Roun'Table follows Cash Money's recent success with Teena Marie's "La Dona" (on Cash Money Classics), Lil' Wayne's "The Carter" (certified gold) and former act Juvenile.

Meanwhile, Cash Money's resident producer, Mannie Fresh, will release his solo album, "The Mind of Mannie Fresh," on Nov. 9.
