Sony BMG Music Entertainment has made two more key appointments outside the United States.

Maarten Steinkamp, who earlier this week was named head of the company's continental Europe operations, has appointed José María Cámara as chairman for the Iberian Peninsula and Carlos Lopez as president in Spain.

Cámara will oversee all operations in Spain and Portugal, reporting to Steinkamp; Lopez will head Spain, reporting to Cámara. Both are based in Madrid.

Cámara most recently served as president of Sony in Spain; before that, he was at BMG, where his titles included president and regional director for Spain and Portugal. Lopez succeeded Cámara as president of BMG Spain and Portugal in 2002.
