Star to launch clothing line.

Reba McEntire has partnered with Little Rock, Ark.-based department-store chain Dillards to launch a line of women's clothing. The "Reba" line will debut next March in the 147 Dillards stores and on the chain's Web site.

This marks McEntire's first foray into fashion. The line is being described by Dillards as "a sophisticated, versatile collection reflecting her own sense of style, for women who share her time constraints and active lifestyle."

The company says McEntire is involved in all aspects of the design process, in conjunction with New York-based fashion design firm Icon Creations. The line includes career, casual and sportswear in sizes 4-14 and ranging in price from $48 to $289.
