Latin music marketing company Fuerte Group has partnered with LatCom Communications to co-produce a Latino College Music Series that targets the 18-24 demographic.

Set to kick off in spring 2005, the series will stop in high-density Latino college campuses in New York, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles and Houston. Acts will be booked by Fuerte and will lean toward Latin alternative, hip-hop and reggaetón.

"Aside from the awesome entertainment value the series will bring to Latino college students nationwide, it will offer advertisers multi-tiered sponsorships that will provide them with incredible opportunities to impact our core audience," says Fuerte co-founder Jerry Blair in a statement.

The Latino College Music Sereis will be supported by LatCom Communications' properties, including college magazine iCaramba! U. Fuerte, which also has a management arm and a recently launched label, will feature its acts, including Don Dinero and Cabas, on the tour.
