Peter Scifres, president of Universal Manufacturing & Logistics, will deliver the keynote address at the International Recording Media Assn.'s (IRMA) annual Management Summit. The event will be held Dec. 6 at the Marriott New York Eastside in New York.

Scifres will discuss current and future retail and shipment data, the requirements for a successful and long-term music industry rebound and how to interpret today's music-industry climate to make sound business decisions.
