The Academy of Country Music's board of directors has appointed the William Morris Agency's Gayle Holcomb as its chairman for a second term.

David Corlew of Corlew Music Group and Blue Hat Records remains as the group's president for another term. Creative Artists Agency's Rod Essig remains VP.

John Dorris of Hallmark Direction was re-appointed treasurer. Bill Mayne of Mayne Entertainment was appointed parliamentarian and the ACM's Marla Gluck was appointed secretary.

Newly elected to the board for two year terms are artists Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry and Phil Vassar. Artist Tracy Lawrence remains on the board.
