In the United Kingdom, "Encore" holds at No. 1, adding full-week sales of 148,000 units to its initial 122,000 tally from Friday and Saturday of the previous week. The album also climbs 2-1 in Germany and France, 5-1 in Switzerland, 9-2 in Belgium, 6-2 in Austria, 3-2 in Denmark, 9-4 in Finland, 5-4 in Norway and 24-8 in Portugal and debuts at No. 2 in Holland and Sweden, No. 3 in Spain and No. 6 in Italy.

Destiny's Child debuts at No. 3 on Top 100 Albums with "Destiny Fulfilled" (Columbia). Whereas its 2001 predecessor "Survivor" scored eight territorial No. 1 debuts, including Germany and the United Kingdom, the new album's highest bow is at No. 3 in Germany and Switzerland. It's also new at No. 4 in Holland, No. 7 in Spain and No. 9 in France.

Destiny's Child has the consolation of topping Eurochart Hot 100 Singles with "Lose My Breath." The single rises from No. 3 after climbing 2-1 in Switzerland, 6-2 in Norway, 4-3 in Germany and Belgium, 5-4 in Denmark, 7-5 in Holland and 14-8 in France. It holds at No. 2 in the United Kingdom and No. 3 in Spain.

British act Blue, which has amassed 10 domestic top-10 hits since 2001, debuts at No. 5 on Top 100 Albums with "Best of Blue" (Innocent/Virgin). The compilation, which includes last week's No. 4 U.K. single "Curtain Falls," is new at No. 6 in Britain and No. 7 in Germany. It enters at No. 1 in Italy, where "Curtain Falls" is No. 3.

"The Silent Force" (Gun Supers/BMG), the third studio album by Dutch rock band Within Temptation, opens at No. 10 overall. The album enters at No. 1 in Holland and No. 5 in Germany and climbs 21-4 in Belgium. The single "Stand My Ground" is in heavy rotation on MTV in the Netherlands and on MTV and Viva in Germany. The band's European tour continues tonight in Eindhoven, Holland.

The Eurochart's biggest climber is Gwen Stefani's "What You Waiting For?" (Interscope), up 42-6. The highest debut, at No. 7, is Girls Aloud's cover of the Pretenders' "I'll Stand by You" (Polydor). The official song of the BBC's annual "Children in Need" appeal, it's new at No. 1 in the United Kingdom on sales of 57,000 copies.
