Warner Music Group's independent-focused rock incubator label has made its first signing, Billboard.biz has learned. The WMG imprint, headed by Triple Crown Records owner Fred Feldman, has signed punk label One Eleven Records, sources say. The label's first release through the ADA-distributed incubator -- which has yet to be named -- is expected early next year.

Orlando, Fla.-based One Eleven was founded in 2002 and is home to such artists as Jinxed, Rory and Rookie of the Year. The label had previously used Big Daddy Distribution.

A Warner spokesperson declined to comment.
