Boris Löhe, until recently managing director of Sony Music domestic in Germany, will exit the company on Dec. 31, as part of the integration with BMG.

Löhe joined Sony Music in Berlin in 2001 after five years as managing director of Mercury Records Germany.

Jörg Hellwig, who was earlier this year appointed senior VP of the music division at BMG, is now responsible for the national repertoire of Sony BMG.

As previously reported, Sony BMG is shutting down the BMG Berlin domestic unit and integrating national repertoire into Munich-based Sony BMG.
