Vasco Rossi's “Buoni e Cattivi” (Capitol) was the top-selling album in Italy in 2004, according to ACNielsen's "Top of the Music" chart, published Friday (Jan. 14) by industry body FIMI. ACNielsen is the official compiler of the national sales charts for FIMI.

EMI albums took four of the five top spots in the chart, with Robbie Williams' “Greatest Hits” (Capitol) at No. 2, “Best of Blue” (Virgin) at No. 3 and Mina's “Platinum Collection” (EMI Strategic Marketing) at No. 5. Michael Bublé's eponymous debut album for Reprise/Warner took the No. 3 spot.

Blue's Italian language "A Chi Mi Dice" (Virgin) was the best-selling single for the year, according to the over-the-counter sales data.
