Look for S-Curve founder and president Steve Greenberg to officially assume the post of Columbia Records Group president by week's end. The move had been expected.

Greenberg, who has been spotted at Columbia gigs and in the label's corporate offices over the last several weeks, is in the final stages of wrapping up his exit deal with EMI, which distributes S-Curve.

Greenberg keeps the S-Curve name, while EMI keeps S-Curve signature artists Joss Stone, Fountains of Wayne and the Baha Men.

Greenberg will report to Will Botwin, who is being upped from president to chairman of Columbia Records Group.
