As Rykodisc prepares for the March 31 split of co-founder and Ryko Group president Arthur Mann, the label expands the duties of U.S. president William Hein and U.S. senior sales and marketing VP Neil Levine.
Hein, who has been with the company since 2002, will add president of international label operations to his existing title and Levine, who joined last year, is now worldwide GM/senior VP of sales and marketing.
Both executives will remain in New York but work closely with London-based Rykodisc International, which manages global sales and marketing.
Levine will report to Hein, who will continue to report to Ryko corporate chairman and CEO Sam Holdsworth.
"This will allow Rykodisc to even further integrate the over 40 territories we currently release records in, and continue evolving and integrating Rykodisc's global marketing efforts," said Holdsworth in a statement.
