Sanctuary Urban Management has forged a joint-venture deal with Max Gousse and Jeremy Geffen's Arsenal Entertainment. The deal will add D12, Youngbloodz, Czar-nok and producers Trackboyz, among others, to the Sanctuary Urban roster.

This is the latest of many recent signings for Sanctuary Urban, which added R&B act Mario in January and acquired Tony Davis Management, MJB Management and Philadelphia-based firm Erving Wonder last year. Also on the roster are Nelly, Destiny's Child, Jadakiss, Eve, Mary J. Blige, Angie Stone and Floetry.

Prior to forming L.A.-based Arsenal, Gousse was VP of A&R for Sony Music Entertainment, while co-founder Geffen was head of Jeremy Geffen Management. The two will remain based in L.A.
