Jos de Raaij worked for WMG in New York.

Warner Music International has named Joseph (Jos) de Raaij as CFO. Based in London, he will report to COO Gero Caccia.

De Raaij -- who replaces WMI senior VP/CFO Brian Porritt -- will work closely with WMI's regional CFOs and Warner Music Group's worldwide CFO, Michael D. Fleisher.

A Dutch native, de Raaij is relocating from New York, where he most recently served as WMG's senior VP of finance/corporate controller. Prior to that, he spent most of his career with Dutch record company PolyGram.

"With his unique background in the music business and his global point of view, Jos is uniquely qualified to head our financial operations," Caccia says in a statement. "I will depend upon him to maximize the efficiency of our finance operations and form the strongest links with each of our affiliates, as well as headquarters, to achieve our growth and financial targets."
