The Blind Boys of Alabama will begin a tour May 14 at the Reaching for Rainbows Gospel Music Festival in Kenosha, Wis.

The legendary vocal group, touring in support of their latest release, "Atom Bomb" on Real World Records, will perform at numerous music festivals in the United States and Europe over the course of the summer.

On June 6, they will join the Wynton Marsalis Septet with Lyle Lovett, Robert Downey, Jr. and others for Jazz at Lincoln Center's Spring Gala at the Apollo Theater in New York City. They will also share a bill with Susan Tedeschi for a dozen dates, primarily on the West Coast.

At deadline, the group's confirmed dates end with a Sept. 25 performance in Winston-Salem, N.C. at the Stevens Center of the N.C. School of the Arts.

The Blind Boys of Alabama are booked by Chris Goldsmith at the Rosebud Agency.
